Tip - Are cracks appearing in your drywall? Apply latex with silicon caulking and then smooth it out with a putty knife. After its been cured, it can be painted over. This caulking will contract and expand with the drywall board and should alleviate the crack.

   - Move or cover all furniture (clean drop clothes will always be used)
   - Remove nails from walls and repair holes
   - Remove all dirt and debris from walls and baseboards
   - Prepare surfaces
   - Use high quality materials

Tip - To keep receptacles and switches paint free, remove the plates prior to painting and put a piece of tape over the receptacle or switch. When the paint is dry, remove the tape and reinstall the plates.
