If you live in a neighborhood with a Community Association, you will most likely need to get your exterior painted regularly. You may also need to have your color selections approved by the appropriate person or committee.

In preparation to paint the exterior of your home, here is a short list of some of the things we take the time to consider:
• Power wash down - necessary for preparing exterior application
  - Removes dirt and mildew
  - Creates a lasting bond
• Cover brush and grass near surfaces to be painted
• Cover unpainted surfaces such as brick and walkways
• Patch repair stucco surfaces
• Prepare surfaces for painting
• Use high quality materials
